Tradexpro – Knowledge Base Support System Addon is a knowledge based support system with ticket system. With this module, customer can create support ticket. customer can also chat with admin. It has notification system. Knowledge base module is used to create documentation of exchange platform functionalities and Support module is used to create support tickets, via ticket system user can chat with admin regarding their ticket and can check their ticket status. If user face any problem to use the exchange platform then they can create a ticket to contact with admin to get help.
